Hotfix has been deployed and custom tattoos should no longer fail the pipeline process and fallback to fulfillment via Toronto HQ. Monday we will fix the orders that have fallen into this state (currently about 100-ish orders)

We have established this issue is caused by the pipeline retries happening too quickly given the current backlog of custom tattoos. We are pushing a hotfix to prevent this going forward.

We are currently investigating reports of Custom Tattoos failing pipelines and falling back to the Toronto HQ. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
